Fencery!

Something about this fence has caught my attention every time I have passed it - this was the first photo I have managed to capture that was worth saving.  I just invites me in..

This one was part of a set of pillars at the entrance to a home.  I just bet they have horses on this farm...what do you think?

This is my first week not joining Friday's Fences in a long time. Sadly I've run out of fence photos; need to take a trip!

Love your pictures!

Sooooooo, for the lack of a better word....'country'. A down home feeling you get when you view a beautiful scene like this one.

Your persistence paid off with the first photograph, it is perfectly lovely.

Think you're right--there's probably some horse pastures close by, although they can be rough on trees, especially young ones. On some farms I see fences around individual trees to give them a start in growing at least. In your photo, I like the style of fence posts used. Gives a very pleasing "line" to the fence.

Love seeing natural wood fences. So many here are going to plastic to save on upkeep.

This setting draws me in too.

Hmmm! I think you may be right Linda haha! It's a beautifully composed image I can see why it appealed to you so much.
