Posh Fences

While the photos are not particularly inspiring (definitely drive-bys - you can see from the reflection of the windows), I was so impressed by this property.  It is for sale, by Sothebys, for a cool $2 million.  We passed it going in to visit a winery, and I had to snap these on the way out (don't know if that accounts somewhat for the inferior quality of the shots?).  Imagine living here...

Pretty posh, don't you think?

I think this week's theme must be wrought iron fences! They're my favorite!

Beautiful place, and wonderful iron fence!

Yes a little over the top. I could think of a lot of things I could do with two million bucks.

Lovely place. The gate alone is more then I could afford to purchase.

For $2 million I guess it should have some fancy fence! Beautiful place!

Thing is....those people [or at least I see it through my own eyes this way]....they aren't any more happy than I am in my little 1600 square foot home in Texas.

Ya, they're pretty, that I'll grant you, but my first thought is always "I bet their property tax could by several homes". LOL

GET SOME MUCH NEEDED REST...no matter if it's an hour here and an hour there, you need to calm your nerves and wash away your anxieties!!! I worry about you.

A whooping $2M that is expensive house and I bet there are only two people living there hahahaha. So nice to live a house like this BUT so hard to maintain the operating cost. Thanks for sharing and happy weekend!

Yup, that is one posh house all right. And only $2 million! I will run right over there...
But I am in awe of your header photo! I just sat there with my tongue hanging out!!

Ok, I can't take my eyes off your header- where is this? Absolutely gorgeous!

at least they allow you to peer through their fence!

I think the fence and gates are very graceful and tasteful. The house to me says MacMansion--no soul. Although that roofline promises some interesting twists on the inside, don't you thin?

Imagine living there and trying to sell it!
