Love Those Barns!
A trip to Northern Virginia to replenish the barn coffers was a success! There were some beautiful barns and the weather was gorgeous (at least until Sunday...but the rain was sorely needed!).
Different view of the barn...
Drive-by barn...hiding in the trees...
Nestled in the valley...
That's all for now. Travel over to Tricia's Barn Charm to see more barns captured by photographers everywhere!
Your trip found you with some charming barns Linda! Love the red roof barn with the sweet little windows. Pretty fence and a silo. Even your drive by had a silo. I am starting to be charmed by silos!
At the rate old barms are being bulldozed in my area, to be replaced with large metal boxes, it's nice to see so many are still well cared for in your part of the country.
It will be a sad day when a drive in the country is no longer highlighted by these gorgeous barns.
I love the barns in Northern Virginia. My son used to live there and I always enjoyed the countryside. I really love the stone used in a lot of the barns there. Lovely barn post Linda!

Nice finds. The last one almost looks like a church.

Beautiful barns.

Beautiful barn. Reminds me of an old one in my area that was raised onto a stone foundation (it's quite tall now).
