On Sunday afternoon, we took a drive to Sandbridge, at the southern end of Virginia Beach, with the hopes of catching some late afternoon sun shots. I was expecting birds, and waves, and hoping for a dolphin or two...and then I saw the fences...
The approach... |
Who can resist driftwood against a fence? |
Or sea grass... |
Or the beauty of a late afternoon sky? |

All are nice, but love the late afternoon sky one.

Lovely beach shots...so peaceful to me!
I like the sea grass. I don't recall ever seeing it here on the west coast.

Very nice! We don't get to see beach fences very often. Love the driftwood.
Wonderful series of images Linda, I can totally see how you would be inspired to take them, the last image is bliss!

Rather different fences for a beach! Great shots.

I feel so much better for that breath of sea air! Beautiful photographs.
Fantastic photos of the beach fences!
Amazing captures. I love it when I can come away from somewhere with so many wonderful shots.
This is another beach to add to my list of must visits. I would certainly live near a beach if I could.
