Blue Bird
This beauty was in the Secret Garden at Parrot Mountain, Pigeon Forge, TN. I am not totally sure what kind of bird this is...I think it is some kind of bunting...anyone who knows for sure is welcome to correct me!
I have looked through my bird identification book, and online, and that is as close as I can come!

I have no idea what this one is, but I gotta tell you....its brilliant colors are striking and beautiful. The contrast of the eye is incredible. I must do some searching to see just what species it is.

Great picture of the little bird. I agree with you, it looks like some sort of bunting. Sometimes they are hard to identify. I know I have had a few that I can not find online or in my books either. But, they are beautiful just the same!
