Lunch, Anyone?

The red panda at our local zoo has a lovely space, complete with a tree whose branches extend over the walkway.  This makes for some fun shots!

On the prowl...tummy is hungry!

Are you my lunch?

You don't smell much like my lunch...

And you don't look much like anything I've ever eaten before...

Mom!  Have you seen my bamboo leaves???

I just love red pandas....they sort of remind me of "bear cats" because they are cat-like in many ways but with that bear-ish little face! Great shots.

Awwwwwwww, it's adorable. I've only seen them once....at Colorado Springs Cheyenne Mountain Zoo...didn't know what it was. And that was way before GOOGLE. LOL

Also, catching up today Linda since I wasn't online yesterday...love the fence post...not as in fence post....but the post OF the fence. That is so cool. Great perspective.

My backyard would be famous if one of these cute red pandas showed up. I suspect the big news organizations would pull their satellite trucks up in front and broadcast live.

Oh he's a beauty Linda, gosh they look so different from their black and white counterparts. Hope he found some lunch.

Nice group of shots and love your captions. You must have a great zoo. I have never seen one of these panda's in our zoo or anywhere else for that matter.
