Carolina In The Morning

Nothing could be finer, Than to be in Carolina in the morning.
No one could be sweeter than my Sweetie when I meet her, In the morning.
When the morning glories flowers, twine around the door Whispering pretty stories I long to hear once more
Strolling with my girlie honey
Where the dew is pearly early in the morning.
Butterflies Bumblebees all flutter up and kiss each little buttercup thistle at dawning.
If I had Alladin's lamp for only a day, I'd make a wish and here's what I'd say
Nothing could be finer than to be in Carolina in the morning.

Linking to Thursday Theme Song.

You must have a million songs in your head! They go well with the pictures you show. Do you sing?

I've never been to Carolina, but I have known this song all my life. Really. Since I was small. I couldn't sing, but I could sure memorize lyrics, and this was one I loved best out of my parents' music. Especially "strollin' with my girlie when the dew is pearly early" and "butterflies all flutter up and kiss each little buttercup"!
I love your header photo of the road to Connemara. Another place I dream of seeing.

What a great song to accompany your beautiful photos. I love the one of you and your sweetie too.

I'm on the West Coast now but when I lived in GA I spend a lot of time in the Carolinas.

Great to see those portrait shots, Linda. I dread having my picture taken and always prefer to be behind the camera rather than in fornt of it! :-)
