I'll Go Where You Want Me To Go

It may not be on the mountain's height,
Croagh Patrick, County Mayo, Ireland
Or over the stormy sea;
Daytona Beach, FL
It may not be at the battle's front my Lord will have need of me;
National Museum of the Marine Corps, Quantico, VA
But if by a still, small voice He calls, to paths I do not know,
Somewhere along the Roaring Fork Motor Trail, Gatlinburg, TN
I'll answer, dear Lord, with my hand in Thine,  I'll go where you want me to go.
Gatlinburg, TN
I'll go where you want me to go, dear Lord, o'er mountain or plain, or sea;
Blue Ridge Parkway, Linville Gorge, NC
I'll say what you want me to say, dear Lord, I'll be what you want me to be.

Praying you will go wherever He leads, today and every day...

You're photos are lovely and the perfect accompaniment to the lyrics of the hymn. I remember that hymn from camp many years ago.

Beautiful post! I love the prayer, and the photographs (oh, that mtn in Ireland!!!) :-) We asked the Lord where he wanted us to be, and that's why we are here in Tucson. We may have other plans sometimes, but God always knows what's best for us!

Boy, that marine corps sculpture sure looks real. Looks like sweat on the back of the one marine.
