EEK! Not my favorite creature.... But great shots - and interesting that they know when they're "invisible"!
I see these quite often on the beaches here...so I spied him quickly. LOL They're fun to watch scampering sideways to get away from it all.

So cute! My kids loved to go crabbing on the beach at night when they were young with their flashlights and nets. Those guys can move so quickly. We'd have a contest on who could catch the most, then, of course, we'd let them all go.

I've never seen these before but I have seen other types during my dives.
Must have been fun to follow and capture with your camera.

I love their little faces! We saw them all the time at Myrtle Beach and I have lots of shots of CH holding them but we don't see them in Venice, Florida. I do have a shot of CH holding one on the beach in Boco Grande, I believe. About a half hour from Venice.

Haha, these crabs are beautiful, i seem them sometimes too. But the crabs i love most are those with differently sized pincers and very colorful, i think they are called fiddler crabs!
After I saw the first picture, now I know why his name is ghost crab. Have a nice week. Greetings from Romania.
