Reflections on a Weekend
November found us in Daytona Beach, Florida, for our anniversary. Quite a few years ago, my brother took me to a restaurant in Daytona Beach - a very good restaurant, on the river - and I wanted to go there again. I wasn't sure of the name, but somehow, I remembered that it was "Aunt Somebody-or-other's". So, thanks to Google, I started searching restaurants in the area...didn't take long to find it. Aunt Catfish's on the River is a well-known restaurant on the Halifax River. Great food, wonderful old-Florida atmosphere, and gorgeous view! (These were taken with my cell phone, so the quality is not as good as I would have liked - but I didn't take the camera into the restaurant with me - shame on me!)
